Parkhill, Smith & Cooper embraces Leadership Development training

The CrossGroup was selected by Parkhill, Smith & Cooper for an intensive, one year Leadership Development program that focuses on leadership, management skills, communication, team engagement, clients and sales, time management and presentation skills.  Top executives begin the program in August.  To accentuate the training, the program includes reading assignments, application exercises, personal assessments, individual coaching and online discussion forums.  Two groups of middle management staff begin similar training in October.

Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is a full-service design firm with five locations: Lubbock, Midland, El Paso, Amarillo, and Las Cruces.  The firm provides civil engineering and architectural design supported with in-house mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, landscape architecture and interior design.
